We look at Simon helping Jesus carry his cross and the Our Father for insight into how our spiritual lives seem to be harder to take care of these days.

The second segment brings us to Christian Podcast Roulette. This is a game Taylor found of the interwebs that generates a Christian podcast name for you. Taylor and each of the cohosts get a new name for their podcasts. Hilarious!

Finally, Taylor gripes about how everyone says you need to wake up early to be successful. It's hogwash! They discuss morning routines and finding what works for you.
