Taylor shares a hot take about homilies that may stir the pot a little bit! It's a topic we all struggle with but often don't talk about.

Then, they introduce a brand new game revolving around scripture memorization. How much do Catholics know about the Bible! We will find out as our two contestants take turn narrating famou Scripture passages while the other has to fill in the blanks. We hope you enjoy this hilarious new game! Taylor looks back on 2020 to try and find something good but instead goes back further cuz he couldn't find anything. The two reminisce about their friendship and how its grown and discuss the balance between poking fun at each other and being genuine.

Taylor found the PERFECT new tune for the ABC's and asks Fr. Anthony if it's sacriligious.

Fr. Anthony gets another crack at Freestyle Preaching and writing his Christmas homily on the show.

Taylor got ejected from a HS basketball game where he is the campus minister...whoops...lol. He shares the story, gets cohost Jon Blevins' take and the surprise reaction from the community.

We only have two segments today because the second is so special! Fr. Anthony sent Taylor his most recent homily knowing EXACTLY what he was getting himself into. So he joins us without joining us as Jon and Taylor give their commentary throughout the homily. Live with us the dream of many lay people to heckle or commentate during the homily. Soooo much fun! Special thanks to Fr. Anthony for giving us permission to roast him. We have been nice too...maybe...

161: Taylor's Homily, A New Game & A Dinosaur Priest

The first episode recorded in Taylor's home studio, the new Forte Catholic Headquarters!!!

Allison Sullivan cohosts with a skinny margarita as Taylor shares from a recent talk he gave that he's quite proud of. It involves John the Baptist, Confirmation and losing your head.

Resident Rocket Scientist and occasional guest JP Quinn returns with a new segment idea called "Forte, Mezzo or Piano" where he shares potential hot takes and the cohosts argue about them. This led to some of the most insane discussions we've had on the show to date! Have a strong take, let us know on the ol Twitter or Insta.

In the final segment, Taylor calls Fr. Joseph-Anthony Kress OP out of the blue so he and Allison can discuss women's ministry. Not what any of us thought we would be talking about today but it's what happened. Enjoy!
