Sarah also got married earlier this year (yay!). She shares the cool story of how she met her husband, how the early months of marriage have gone & Taylor's role at her wedding. They also discuss people getting married later, the lack of young people going on dates & young Catholic ladies longing for marriage.

We kicked off this week's show in interesting fashion(hint: Taylor lost his voice). So producer Sam helped him along in the first segment in a discussion of the story of doubting Thomas, the power of art and how Taylor is looking at the story completely differently now.

We also have two big time guests this week!

In the second segment, we are joined by Katie Hartfiel, a popular speaker and author and one of Taylor's newest friends. She shares the powerful story of how her and her husband met and fell in love. Everyone in the studio got goosebumps when we heard it because of how it exemplifies the power of prayer. If you like the story, you can hear more in her book "Woman in Love" or buy it for a friend. She also shares about another book she just released on the Marian consecration prayer called "Totus Tuus"

In the final segment, we are joined by Daniel Glaze from "That Catholic Couple," one of the leading Catholic YouTube channels. We talked about how they got started, the greatest moments in the show's history, donuts, him losing to his wife in #MinistryMadness and how they deal with haters.

Episode 45: Eclipse & Men of God w/ Fr. Terry Ehrman from Notre Dame

In the first segment of this week's show, we talk about the solar eclipse that came and went the day before. I asked listeners on social media to make connections between the eclipse and faith and we started off the show with a "Forte Five" countdown segment of the five best submissions.

In segment two, I was privileged to interview author Fr. Terry Ehrman on his book "Man of God: Lessons To Young Men About Life, Sex, Friendship, Vocation, and Loving With The Heart of Christ" published by Catholic Answers. We discussed how his vocation came about and the importance of spiritual direction. For those who may have never heard of spiritual direction or have but have questions about it, this is the podcast for you.

In the final segment, Taylor reinstates producer Jake's talking privileges as he is interview on his final segment with the show before leaving for college. We discuss the path God has led him on, play corny songs in Jake's honor and laugh....a lot.
