Taylor shares a hot take about homilies that may stir the pot a little bit! It's a topic we all struggle with but often don't talk about.

Then, they introduce a brand new game revolving around scripture memorization. How much do Catholics know about the Bible! We will find out as our two contestants take turn narrating famou Scripture passages while the other has to fill in the blanks. We hope you enjoy this hilarious new game! But this first half is two segments with my new friends Chuck and Annie Fulkerson: hosts of the Salt and Light Podcast. We became fans of each others shows months ago and instant social media friends and have been planning being on each other's shows for quite some time and it finally happened!

In the first segment, we get to know them and their podcast and hear how they have grown in their faith through parenting and marriage.

In the second segment, I put their marriage to the test in "Sync'd Up: Christmas Edition" and then we turn them against each other in the newest version of "Star Wars or Scripture."

Episode 62: Christmas Episode! Last minute preparations Rod Stewart style

Final week of Advent and last show before Christmas!

We kick off the episode with the only way I know how....with the vocal talent of Rod Stewart and what the heck that has to do with Advent.
We also look at the readings from the 4th Sunday in Advent which are being overshadowed by Christmas Eve on the same day!

Consistent listener Brian Baudoin makes his on air debut(finally!)as he joins Taylor and producer Sam to talk about the best ways to prepare in Advent and favorite Christmas memories. They also play "True or False" Christmas Story Edition. The game is much more difficult than you would think!

Episode 37: Drugs, Kings & the Sabbath w/ Taylor's Mom

My mom came to the studio! We had a lot of fun talking about how I didn't turn out thaaaat bad because of her billions of hours of prayer for me. We then play the game "Prescription Drug of Biblical King" which was a hoot!

In the first segment, I intro the discussion on prayer by looking at the Old Testament story of Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego.

In the third segment, we discuss the importance of taking a Sabbath. So many in our fast paced world, including myself, find it difficult so we look at what the Bible and Catechism have to say to challenge us to do what God knows is best for us.

Segment 1-Bible Trivia Game w/Sam and Kyle. I quiz this dynamic duo on their knowledge of the Ten Commandments (Hint: It was pretty brutal)

Segment 2-Ashley Breland Interview. A local student at St. Joseph Catholic school, Ashley has had an amazing experience in her life of prayer this semester. So many huge things she has prayed for have had tremendous results! Tune in to hear her story and how it has impacted so many!

Segment 3-Signs and Wonders in the Acts of the Apostles. This is the book that the Church reads at daily Mass throughout the Easter Season. There are 18 accounts of miracles in Acts alone! We will discover what we can learn from these stories to improve our prayer and evangelization.
