Kelsey is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Franciscan University of Steubenville and Bachelors in Psychology with minors in Neuroscience and Religious Studies from Texas A&M University. While working as a counselor in Catholic parishes, she saw the desire of Catholics for faithful professionals to journey alongside them while respecting and understanding their faith. She sees counseling as a place of discovery and healing where freedom and peace can be found. Kelsey is humbled and honored to abide with sojourners on the journey to healing.

Kelsey is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and has completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, by which she uses research-based strategies to help couples successfully manage conflict, empowers couples to dialogue about gridlocked issues, and helps couples find healing while deepening their intimacy.
